Fees are as follows:
Instant – $20.00
Screens for: cocaine, amphetamine, methamphetamine, THC, methadone, opiates, PCP, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, tricyclic antidepressants
Instant (Saliva) Alcohol – $40.00
Shows current alcohol use above .02 BAC. This is an excellent resource for small businesses (non-DOT) and parents.
Clinical Lab Screen – $40.00
Screens for: alcohol, amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, opiates, oxycodone, phencyclidine, marijuana, cocaine
*For clinical toxicology testing only. Positive drug screening results are unconfirmed.
Lab Screen with Confirmation – $50.00
Screens for: alcohol, amphetamines, barbiturates, benzodiazepines, opiates, oxycodone, phencyclidine, marijuana, cocaine
*Provides confirmation. This service is available by request.
